Market and Data Analyst (survey design)
Professional organization focused on serving the technical, educational and other programmatic needs of the engineering and technology communities on a worldwide basis seeks a Market and Data Analyst to join our Market Research and Data Analysis Department.
The Market and Data Analyst will be accountable for a variety of market research, data gathering, and data analysis activities including, but not limited to: design of survey instructions, supervision of gathering (and /or collection) of data, statistical analysis, and data mining. The position also involves interpretation, and reporting of information as well as integrating it. The incumbent must prioritize work to meet tight internal timelines.
Requires a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Marketing, Market Research or related field and at least five years of relevant experience either with a consulting organization/vendor and/or in a corporate environment. Good written and oral communications are essential. Editorial skills and experience with online questionnaire development packages like QuestionPro is a plus. Analytical aptitude as well as a proven ability to plan, prioritize, and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously is important.
Salary: to $80K
