Manufacturing/Process Engineer – High Volume Mechanical

Qualified candidates will possess the following experience:5-7 years of experience in the design, build and scale-up in a manufacturing environment producing high volume (millions)/small parts Experience in defining project specifications including: implementation, capabilities, tolerances, budget, timeline, scale-up, etc. working with outside vendors as necessary Experience creating BOM and training manuals for newly developed equipment and training operators on the new equipment Experience troubleshooting equipment problems Experience with fixture design

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the position include:Layout design, estimation analysis, inspection, and selection of equipment, supplies and services Writing specifications and project scopes Managing new and upgrade equipment installations to stay on schedule and on budget Create mechanical engineering drawings that include plan views, elevation views, assembly instructions, detailed maintenance & troubleshooting documentation. Manage multiple projects at a time Research and recommend changes to manufacturing processes Provide technical support to manufacturing in order to address production issues
