Manpower IT Program Analyst
Undergraduate degree in a related field and at least 5 years of job-related experience or equivalent. Experience may be substituted for education. Experience working with USMC acquisition processes, as well as IT program management is highly desired. Proficiency with the MS Office suite required. Must be a team player with excellent written and verbal communications skills, and able to coordinate multiple tasks. Job Description : Candidate will support Marine Corps acquisition and lifecycle support activities related to the implementation, upgrading, and management of human resources, information technology (IT) systems. He/she should have mid level experience as a program analyst, specifically in IT and/or HR. Position will require direct program management support to a key USMC public relations program, Marines.mil. Common support tasks include: research; updating and/or developing correspondence and program documents, such as Acquisition Plans, Life Cycle Cost Estimates, memorandums, system interface agreements, requirements documentation, certification and accreditation documentation, fielding plans, statements of work, and source selection plans; supporting and participating in meetings, to include taking and distributing meeting minutes and action items; tracking action items and documents through staffing/review processes; developing/updating program schedules and briefs; posting documents to customer and/or internal portals; and participating in Working Groups, Integrated Product Teams, Configuration Control Boards, technical/requirements reviews and other forums that support customer requirements. : : EOE M/F/D/V
