Maintenance EngineerAK Steel has an immediate need for a Maintenance Engineer at our Butler, Pennsylvania facility. AK Steel-Butler Works is a leading producer of flat-rolled carbon, stainless and electrical steels. AK Steel maintains a relentless pursuit of excellence in safety, quality, and productivity.Duties and responsibilities:Responsible for routine maintenance functions such as repairing, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance reliability.Analyzes the complex computer controlled processes, including the communication network infrastructure.Develops and provides ongoing support for process control computer systems and applications, in house or with outside vendors.Coordinates projects with Engineering, Operating and Maintenance departments.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.Ability to coordinate and execute a multitude of projects with minimal supervision within the allotted time and budget.Excellent communication, analytical and time management skills.Strong computer skills.Willingness and ability to work in a heavy manufacturing environment.Preferred requirement:Experience in steel manufacturing.If you are interested in joining a committed team in a fast-paced, steelmaking facility, please apply now.
