We are seeking a lethality engineer to join our team in the development and execution of lethality analyses supporting weapon system evaluations for existing and emerging defensive systems and threats. Lethality is the measure of a defensive system's capability to destroy an incoming threat. The position includes analysis, design, development, and verification of lethality models and software (FORTRAN / C / C++). The successful candidate posesses strong analytical, communication and leadership skills, and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering (ME/AE/CS Prefered) or Physics. The candidate must have aptitude for self-direction, and like to work in a multi-disciplined team environment. Also 2-5 years experience with simulation of weapon systems, with experience in lethality and / or consequence evaluation is preferred.Successful candidates must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information which requires US Citizenship.ITT is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.
