This is a great opportunity to join MSO and gain experience as an Electrical Controls Engineer or Programmer, designing and modifying industrial control systems, investigating emerging technologies, overseeing field installations and startups of your designs.

Qualifications

Extensive PC experience working in Windows environments - proficient with Microsoft Office tools (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, Web-enabled applications, and database software).

Easily analyzes and prioritizes information, distilling it to the critical issues and drawing accurate conclusions.

Articulates ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience.

Handles complex problems effectively. Separates key issues and rapidly learns new skils.

Demonstrates strong work ethic. Uses time productively to accomplish challenging work goals. Develops efficient work methods.

Self-motivated. Thrives on doing a job well. Has the independence, initiative, and desire to achieve.

Is excited and energized by innovations in technology.

Skilled at demonstrating patience, even in demanding situations.

Presents a professional, positive image that reflects well on the organization.

Conscientiously and methodically approaches work. Sees tasks through to completion.

Experience with any of the following is desirable: C++, C#, Java, *.Net, SQL, Linux

BS or equivalent experience, knowledge of AutoCAD and practical field automation experience highly desirable, knowledge of or willingness to learn PLC programming.

Registration as a California Professional Electrical Engineer is desirable.

Works productively with others in a team environment.
