This position will be responsible for overseeing the water treatment and maintenance for the entire district. Candidates must have strong leadership skills combined with a good attention to detail and the ability to work independently. The Lead Water Treatment Operator also helps manage junior-level operators.This position does require the ability to be on call and respond to emergencies, so candidates must have reliable transportation and live no farther than 45 minutes from Castle Rock.This position can interview and start immediately.
