The Lead Financial Analyst's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:*1. Lead the J-Sox project and the internal audit function. *2. Work closely with business unit personnel to ensure integrity of required J-Sox documentation. *3. Act as primary interface with parent company J-Sox team. *4. Direct day-to-day activities of J-Sox staff in work leader capacity. Assign work and under direction of VP of Finance. *5. Prepare and conduct presentations on J-Sox and internal audit to various audiences.*6. Facilitate J-Sox and internal control trainings for J-Sox team members.*7. Coordinate and conduct walkthroughs and testing of processes to support J-Sox requirements.*8 Lead and/or assist in preparation of financial requests to meet business unit needs in conjunction with J-Sox project.*9. Lead and/or assist in update and preparation of accounting policies. *10. Prepare for approval and monitor departments budget.*11. Provide input to VP of Finance for preparation of performance evaluations and development programs for Financial Analysts.*12. Lead and/or assist Finance with other special projects.A successful candidate will have:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. MBA and/or CPA is desirable. 9-10 years of broadly based accounting experience, including experience with internal audit or Sarbanes Oxley Act. Experience in a CPA firm is desirable and will be heavily weighted. Westinghouse technology is the basis for nearly half of the world's nuclear power plants.
