This is an entry level position offering the opportunity for advancement as the company continues to grow. As an Inside Sales Representative at SKYDEX, you will be responsible for sales activities from lead generation through closing the sale in addition to supporting outside sales people for the achievement of customer satisfaction, closing sales, and creating long term relationships. Position Responsibilities:Responsible for the sales of commercialized products across multiple vertical markets (including military, athletic equipment, commercial and industrial industries) Actively participates in certain sales and business development projects, campaigns and planning Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of various SKYDEX products Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking. Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed Creates and conducts effective business proposals and responses Accountable for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals Responsible for identifying and building effective professional relationships and contacts Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, materials provided, closed sales, and follow-up activities

Job Specifications:Selling skills and product knowledge across all markets 2-5 years customer service experience Ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers Solid grasp of pricing and proposal practices, and experience with online tracking management program Extensive experience in relationship building and management Strong understanding of market dynamics Proven ability to meet and beat sales quotas Ability to gather and effectively communicate business information for internal support staff
