Information Assurance System Engineer (2580)

Location Phoenix AZJob Responsibilities Information Assurance Systems Engineer with a systems architecture background to support security design on Government communications programs. Provide technical support and oversight as part of a program team's system engineering effort for Information Assurance design and development, including security architecture analysis, security requirements definition and allocation. Requires generation of security-related documentation and leading system architecture design in a team environment. Support for new security related business development, including proposals, white papers, and presentations, as well as interfacing with Government customers.Experience/Skills Required BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or Physics and 8+ years system security design experience required.Background in INFOSEC, COMSEC and COMPUSEC requirements and techniques, including close familiarity with NSA Type 1 certification and documentation requirements, is required. Knowledge of Common Criteria, FIPS 140-2, DITSCAP/DIACAP, and CDS requirements is highly desirable. Understanding of HAIPIS and/or IPSec specifications is also desired.
