Our Pensacola office is seeking an experienced HR professional to administer HR policies and procedures for the Southeast Unit.  Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years corporate HR experience with specific knowledge of employee benefits, performance management, employee relations, HR data management and employment law. PHR certification is preferred. Immigration experience is a plus. Strong MS Office skills as well as Lawson or equivalent HRIS software experience are also required. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are essential as well as the ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and work well independently and as part of a team.
