Your Ingenuity is welcome!This position is accountable for overseeing Branch Territory Managers so that sufficient qualified dealers are developed to achieve the full sales potential of the assigned territories. This position is entirely responsible for securing the sales volume assigned to the territory. PRINCIPAL DUTIES:Provides training for sales personnel as required on products, applications, and processes. Plans and assures the budget for advertising and sales promotional programs for the Branch/Dealer network including administering Co-op and special funds. Prepares major quotations on York equipment for large projects for dealers. Conveys "leads" to dealer network and checking on follow-up by dealer through his/her staff. Provides to factory/Branch management forecasts of dealers and Branch short and long-range product requirements. Provides the necessary programs to acquire and develop sufficient qualified dealers to attain full sales potential of the assigned territory. Analyzes and develops annual performance objectives for each dealer in the territory regarding profits, sales dollars and volume, product mix, etc. Procures acceptable programs to secure advance orders from dealers in accordance with planned objectives. Other duties may be assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent combined education and experience. A minimum of five years experience in a related field, supervisory experience preferred. Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including email and Microsoft Office software. Strong interpersonal skills and decision making ability. Effective and professional communication and organization skills.
