Those qualified from the interview will be offered positions contingent upon available openings, passing a drug test, passing a criminal background check and passing a physical.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Computer Science preferred and at least 3-5 years of job-related experience or equivalent. Working knowledge of human resource policies, practices and procedures; working knowledge of Human Resource Management Systems, such as ADP, Reportsmith,and Orion are required. PHR preferred. Experience may be substituted for education at the rate of one year of specific experience for one year of college. Position may require travel. Position may require a Security Clearance depending on the location. Experience in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Access, and HRIS systems preferred. Reports to and receives direction from the Human Resources Manager.Working Conditions:Field office environment within a desert camp complex. Ability to function during an extended assignment at a foreign, in-country facility exposed to seasonal temperature extremes.Ability to cope with shared cafeteria, bath and sleeping quarters. Must be able to lift and carry 20 pounds for short distances. Must be able to walk, kneel, bend and stoop, and have correctable vision.Potential salary of $133,000.00 plus a competitive benefits package to start the day of hire. Job Description : Provide Human Resources (HR) support by administering HR Management Systems (HRMS) to ensure accurate employee records for the processing of personnel and payroll functions and to retrieve data for quantitative and qualitative analyses and reporting. Essential Responsibilities:1. Administer HRMS configurations and processes to provide enhanced services/reporting, workflow automation and business activities. 2. Assist in the development of strategies, processes and procedures to support the HRMS needs of our internal and external customers 3. Oversee and process personnel actions into the Orion HRMS and coordinate actions with Payroll, Corporate HR, and other departments as necessary. 4. Design and conduct ongoing audits of all data maintained in HRMS. 5. Working with IT design, develop and run queries/reports; analyze data, identify trends and prepare reports and presentations with rationale and conclusions.. 6. Oversee the functions of the HR Records section; assign and supervise the work of HR Records staff. 7. Serve as a resource to respond to inquiries from staff and supervisors to provide information related to areas of assignment Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
