Graduate Assistant, Student Development
GRADUATE ASSISTANT, STUDENT DEVELOPMENT, Student Leadership Development (part-time, 20 hrs/wk.), to participate in the curriculum design process in the second year of program development. Will design and deliver an evaluation tool for innovative new leadership development program, coordinate and facilitate focus groups and surveys as necessary, process and evaluate data collected, and organize the logistical aspects of some of the programs and workshops. Other opportunities and experiences will be available depending upon the background and interests of the individual.
REQUIREMENTS: experience in assessment and evaluation, an interest in student development theory, and enrollment in a graduate degree program at MIT or neighboring college/university. MIT-00005783-1 The appointment will run until May 31, 2009. Schedule to be determined. 8/22/08
