Responsibilities include conducting or managing due diligence projects (data calls, file review, liability assessment), hazardous site assessment, permitting and regulatory compliance, and support of characterization/remediation projects. Field investigations and report preparation will be required. Candidate will also interface directly with clients, conduct marketing activities and prepare proposals.    Ideal candidate should have 8 to 10 years of experience designing characterization plans involving EPA Data Quality Objectives, implementing field programs, and developing closure strategy for contaminated sites.    Candidates must have strong communication, organization and technical writing capabilities.
