GIS Specialist
Tetra Tech is a multi-disciplinary firm of consulting environmental scientists and engineers with offices throughout the United States. We are seeking a GIS Specialist to join our Helena, MT office and become an integral member of our team. Responsibilities: Provide support to environmental and planning projects with data management, spatial analysis and cartography typically associated with permitting wind farms, transmission lines and other energy development projects. Experience: Successful candidate will have at least one year of experience working with GIS. CAD drafting, raster and imagery analysis, GPS survey, traditional survey, database administration, web design and programming. Skills Requirements: Knowledge of spatial data, spatial analysis, Geographic Information Systems and cartography. Degree Requirements: Bachelors degree in Geography or other earth science with specific course work in Geographic Information Systems and cartography.
