Job Duties & Responsibilities:Conduct field investigations and perform failure/accident analysis on incidents involving all types of vehicles and mechanical equipmentConduct vehicular accident reconstruction and mechanical failure analysisConduct unbiased investigations for various types of clientsResponsible for retention and development of client relationshipsProvide technical findings and conclusions in laymen’s terms, both verbally and in writing.Support conclusions by appropriate testimony in legal proceedings.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

 

Position Requirements:Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum of six years of engineering experienceVehicular knowledge is a mustDesire to learn Vehicular Accident Reconstruction and Failure AnalysisP. E. registration or ability to obtain quicklyPublic speaking experience a plus

 Physical Requirements25% TravelAbility to maneuver in and around a vehicle or accident siteAbility to lift 40 lbsAbility to drive to site locations
