Final Test Technician

We are currently searching for a energetic and confident Final Test Technician to join our North American team, based out of Zelienople, PA.

 

Key Duties of the Final Test Technician:

-Evaluates, recommends, and implements automated test tools and strategies.

-Develops, maintains, and upgrades automated test programs and equipment.

-Writes, implements, and reports status regarding product system tests.

-Analyzes test reports and provides regular progress reports.

-Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures for automated harness and electronic product testing.

-Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

-Performs a variety of mechanical, electrical and software related tasks.

-Works under limited general supervision requiring a certain degree of creativity and latitude.

Production Test Stand Development:

-Identify, acquire, and implement updated automated test solutions for production processes.

-Support research and development testing efforts.

 

Required ExperienceEducation:

1) BS Engineering or Computer Science preferred but not required.

2) Minimum 2-4 years of relevant industrial test experience. Experience designing or developing wire harness test boards is highly desirable.

3) 2-4 years experience with automated test equipment, data acquisition systems and instrumentation.

4) Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Word
