FAR Compliance Manager
* Certified Public Accountant with minimum of 10 years of experience in progressively responsible positions or equivalent experience* More than 5 years of regulatory compliance experience with an organization that provides services under Federal Government contracts or equivalent * Experience preparing Incurred Cost Submissions* Demonstrated ability to prepare and present financial information * Excellent written and oral communication skills* Experience with design and management of internal controls* Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with senior management as well as a multi-disciplined cross section of a large corporate organization* Experience with the Oracle EnterpriseOne system or equivalent Job Description : * URS Corporate FAR Compliance - Responsible for ensuring that the URS Corporate office is compliant with all Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) including:o Interfacing with the local DCAA in support of their auditso Maintaining the URS Corporate Disclosure Statemento Preparing the URS Corporate Incurred Cost Submissiono Supporting Incurred Cost, internal control system, and CAS audits.o Developing and communicating the URS Corporate allocations to the segmentso Providing guidance on the treatment of Corporate expenses e.g. legal, M&A, taxes, executive compensationo Performing financial modeling exercises on an as needed basiso Supporting the Corporate Accounting department's efforts with non-Compliance tasks on an as available basis.Please apply directly to requisition URS31087.xursmdxftpz : : EOE M/F/D/V
