Executive Contracts Assistant
General Purpose of the Position: Assists Vice Presidents with contract administration, business administration, correspondence, scheduling, and travel.
Qualifications, Skills & Education Requirements: Education and training B.S. Degree in business administration or related field and five years experience or 7+ years experience with executive/legal assistance and/or contracts administration Experience in one or more of Contracts administration Executive assistant Legal assistant Excellent organizational skills and ability to work well under stress, despite numerous interruptions Ability to work independently and coordinate work of others Ability to produce well-written documents and correspondence Computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and maintain confidentiality Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with a wide variety of individuals in person, via telephone and in writing

Primary Responsibilities:
 Assist Vice President with contract administration, including Review contracts and subcontracts Prepare, distribute, track, and file contract documents Prepare contract summary information Obtain insurance certificates Assist accounting staff with new contract set up Implement and maintain contract tracking database
 Assist Vice Presidents with business administration, including Perform confidential executive assistant functions Develop and prepare written correspondence Manage routine external correspondence Coordinate executive schedules and maintain calendars Organize executive travel plans and itineraries
