Seeking a top-notch Executive Assistant who demonstrates superb coordination skills and a highly-seasoned level of professionalism. This opportunity is for a key position supporting two Vice Presidents of a well-established firm in the downtown Raleigh area. This is a dynamic, growing company with an environmentally-friendly business objective.

The ideal candidate is a skilled, capable, versatile administrative professional who combines proven project management skills with expert level computer skills (MS Office Suite), solid problem solving skills, a broad range of administrative capabilities and a naturally diplomatic communication style. Extensive calendaring is involved with this position. 5+ years experience supporting at the executive level is needed. Lotus notes are a plus.
