Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals. Collects data, allocates costs and prepares reports on engineering services, vendor costs, and corporate allocations Prepares reports for assisting in decision making Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Compares project actual expenses with budgets. Direct people management responsibility is not required. Initiates and performs purchasing activities with vendors Performs customer account management - receive PO’s, track deliveries, and follow up on payments. experience working with senior level executives within and outside the company Experience with customers, vendors, visitors, and other external parties. Requirements:Financial experience with cost background Account management experience with service providers Independent decision making ability to impact project level decisions Interact with senior internal and external personnel. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. Degree in finance management with 5 years of experiencePlease refer to job description.
