Estimator/Project Manager- Heavy/Highway Experience
Tony DePaul and Son is a Heavy/Highway Construction company located in southeastern Pennsylvania with corporate headquarters in BlueBell, Pennsylvania. Founded in the 1940’s by Peter DePaul, the company has grown to be recognized as a leader in key sectors of the Public and Private construction markets, including Site, Utility and General Construction projects.

With the ability to perform or manage all aspects of Heavy/Highway Construction DePaul is able to work for a variety of clients and owners meeting the most difficult demands and deadlines. Tony DePaul and Son’s management team contributes state of the art knowledge of construction practices and equipment, which enable our clients to succeed regardless of the size, scope of complexity of the project undertaken. Through this diverse management experience DePaul is able to consistently deliver projects on budget and on time. Our work ethic and local knowledge enable us to cut potential delays and bring projects to a successful and timely completion.
Through related companies, TDPS Materials and Highway Materials, DePaul has the resources to supply its projects with the construction material requirements such as hot mixed asphalt products and crushed stone. Through this partnership we have the ability and know how to complete any facet of any project from excavation through final paving and owner acceptance. Our performance speaks for itself.
Currently we are recruiting for the position of Estimator/Project Manager.
Primary duties for the position consist of (but are not limited to):
-Estimate projects for bid, Administer Bid Documents.
-Daily management of projects.
-Scheduling resource requirements with project requirements.
-Document quantities complete and change orders.
-Coordinate subcontractors and PO's
-Responsible for processing owner pay estimates/invoices.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-4 years of experience.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the construction field.
Highway construction experience a PLUS! But must have civil construction estimating experience.
