Environmental Scientist ENGINEERING YOUR CAREER SUCCESS THE JOB—WHAT IT IS:As an Environmental Scientist with Terracon you will conduct environmental research, evaluate data, perform field inspections, and prepare reports. You will also conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and other environmental consulting tasks. THE PERSON—WHAT IT TAKES:A Bachelors Degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related science is required. A Masters Degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related science is preferred. You must have 2 to 3 years experience in environmental science or consulting engineering. Prefer 2 yearsexperience with All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI). Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet; ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; and a demonstrated ability to prepare technical reports are required.
