Environmental Remediation Practice Leader

Our Pittsburgh office is growing! Are you tired of working for a no growth company?  In our markets, we’re growing at 25% per year for the last 3 years running. Join a firm managed by Environmentalists, not dominated by Engineers running a design practice). We are a  National Environmental Consulting firm. Because we’ve won several large contracts with large clients we’re expanding our staff and services in Pittsburgh. We need leadership for the mid level and junior engineers and scientists on our staff. We have existing clients and business in the area, and we’re looking for a Compliance Practice Leader.  You will have experience doing federal plant operational compliance – permits, air discharge, waste water discharge, etc. You must know the regs to be able to evaluate the operations of our clients, relate the operations back to the regulations to be sure our clients are in compliance with them. Using your proven skills, you have the opportunity to build your own team and write your own ticket.

Required Skills: Have client relationships in Industrial and Federal markets. As a project manager, you’ll need a demonstrated record of success budgeting & scheduling projects, and then bringing those project “in” on budget and schedule. As a business developer, you’ll need a demonstrated record of “feeding yourself and others”.  You’ll be doing regulatory compliance for industrial and government clients, so you must be familiar with the regs and the regulators. OSP 14000 is a plus. There’s a lot of client work in this position and you’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining client relationships and mentoring the junior level staff. Excellent communication, presentation, technical writing and marketing skills are necessary. 10+ years of experience required. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental disciplines (Environmental, Sciences, Civil, Chemical Engineering) and a PE or PG.  A Master's Degree is preferred. For confidential consideration, email resume in MS Word format with cover letter to  ram@onlinepcg.com or fax with cover letter to Jeff Ram at 772-778-2688.
