Malcolm Pirnie, Inc. is seeking a mid to senior level Environmental Planner for the White Plains, NY office. Must have a broad background in the management and delivery of environmental assessments and impact statements for local NYC, State SEQR and/or federal NEPA actions. Co-ordinate, establish, manage schedules, budgets and scopes of work for various environmental studies including associated technical teams. Although not required, experience in international projects for water, power, mining or transportation is highly desirable in this candidate. Minimum BS and MS urban, regional, city planning and 7-10 plus years in EIS/EA planning, preparation & delivery; communication/writing; task/team supervisor; project management.
