Requires applied comprehensive practical experience and knowledge of remedial investigations, feasibility studies, phase I/II ESAs, regulatory compliance, Southern California Regulatory Agencies, EPA, indoor air, health risk assessment, remediation technologies including VES, bioremediation, and chemical treatment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and project management services to ensure projects are effectively managed and operational and financial goals are met. The role includes project management, staffing, and ensuring the delivery of projects to the satisfaction of our clients and in accordance with Earth Tech policies and processes. Primary responsibilities include: • Implementing QA/QC processes to ensure high quality product from the Environmental Team • Monitoring project delivery against established budgets and schedules, and provide support and guidance to Environment lead personnel as required • Implementation of corporate safety policies & programs Requirements: The following skills and experience are required:• A relevant Engineering Degree from an accredited University • At least 10 years experience with progressive responsibility including environmental impact assessment, site investigations and remediation, composting, compliance auditing, air quality, technical reports, and project management. • This position requires an engineering, environmental science or planning education with experience in all facets of environmental assessment, including site inspections, site audits, regulatory agency liaison and review, historical research, and technical report preparation. • Experience working at commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, and federal, state and municipal government project sites throughout California and the western United States. • Demonstrated management and junior personnel mentoring experience • Ability to analyze issues and determine priorities in an environment of tight and conflicting deadlines.
