1. Associates Degree and at least 10 years of job-related experience3. 2 years of submarine engineering/shipboard systems experience may be substituted for each year of educational requirements Job Description : Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the management, planning, and coordination of technical and engineering support for the Towed/Hull Sensor Systems Engineering Branches (PMS4011/4013). 1. Position focus: a. Engineering research and analysis b. Programmatic documentation development and review c. Review of presentations and technical reports in support of meetings and other engineering efforts; and development of correspondence related to engineering tasks2. This position involves direct support to the PMS4011/4013 Chief Engineers and assigned systems engineers, direct interface with PMS 4011/4013 Branch Heads (Acquisition, Business, Logistics), NAVSEA Contracts (SEA 0262), other NAVSEA program offices, government field activities, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and other support contractors associated with the Towed/Hull Sensor Systems engineering efforts3. Familiarity with Systems Engineering principles, fundamentals of Risk Management and Configuration Management, and budgetary processes is desired 4. Local and out of town travel is required5. Excellent inter-personal communication skills6. Outstanding written and oral skills7. Ability to understand ship and systems engineering and acquisition concepts88. Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Outlook)9. Ability to act on direction provided by supervisor or Program Office personnel, as well as being able to work independently on assigned tasks10. Adaptability to ever changing priorities, and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously: : EOE M/F/D/V
