Engineering Development Program
This program prepares candidates for a wide range of engineering opportunities at Lincoln from designing electrical arc welding equipment and welding rod and wire to designing and optimizing manufacturing processes.
Candidates will enjoy challenging assignments and engineering projects driven by real Lincoln business priorities. In addition, all candidates study at Lincoln's world-renowned Welding Technology Center where they receive hands-on welding training and gain in-depth knowledge about our products and applications
Program Length
Twelve months. Currently we are seeking College students graduating in December for our program which begins in January 2009
