Field Installation/Supervisor: This position requires that the individuals have an eagerness to learn, mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and a positive attitude. Candidates should also have excellent communication, the ability to motivate and demonstrate leadership skills. Travel is required. Prior inspection experience is a plus.

Production Foreman: This position reports to the Production Manager. Your duties will include ensuring that the production/assembly line is working effectively, managing inventory levels, shipping and receiving, quality control as well as performing hands-on assembly and supervision of others using basic hand/power tools.

Mechanical Engineer/Technical Support: Mechanical Engineer with a minimum 4 years of working experience on similar tasks. Good working knowledge of 3D CAD systems (preferred Autodesk Inventor). Experience in product development from concept design, drafting, 3D modelling, making component and assembly drawings, prototype check, to testing and validation. Experience with technical support, customer and supplier relationships.

Prior experience in the following areas are a plus:
Wind industry, lifting equipment, elevators or safety equipment; Working with standards, legal regulations; Knowledge of electricity; Familiarity with manufacturing process of punching, laser cutting, bending

All positions require a positive attitude, strong work ethic, reliability and a valid/clean driving record. You must be drug-free and pass a physical. Criminal background checks performed.
