In executing these projects, our people embrace integrity, excellence, teamwork and accountability - the values that connect us across the globe.Our Waste Services Department is seeking an individual who will be responsible for air quality services including reviewing process information, developing emission inventories, preparing permit applications, compliance reporting and air dispersion modeling.

Individual will:

Perform air emissions calculations; determine required control technologies, review process information, work practices and applicable regulations.

Assemble permit applications, permit amendment applications, and other documents as necessary for submittal to the state and local regulatory agencies for industrial clients.

Perform air dispersion modeling analysis in accordance with project requirements and/or published guidelines.

Permitting experience with Title V, New Source Review, PSD, NAA, BACT, LAER, MACT, and NSPS reporting is desired. Air quality services are provided to a wide range of industrial clients. Experience with landfills is a plus.

The successful candidate will have experience in project management, business development, and proposal writing or the ability to rapidly evolve into these areas.

Requirements: Education:

BS in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Environmental, Mechanical), or Meteorology. Chemical Engineering degree preferred.

Experience:

Ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of air services experience with emission inventories, air construction and operating permits, and compliance reporting.
