Environmental Coordinator (SHE)Duties will include but not limited to:1. ISO 14001 administrator; compose and maintain all documentation supporting the Environmental Management System (EMS) on lotus notes2. Complete monthly walkthrough of the plant for: - Stormwater Pollution Prevention - Spill Plan for Countermeasure and Control Plan - Hazardous waste audits - Waste minimization - root cause analysis3. Partner with Finance to control waste minimization efforts4. Maintain significant aspects in the Environmental Mgmt System and annually review.5. Drive Environmental Management projects6. Complete root cause analysis for environmental indictors and explanations.7. Complete compliance audits8. Develope SH&E Programs9 Maintain training plan10. Oversee forklift program11. Oversee respiratory protection plan12. Review Job Safety Analyses13. Co-lead with safety validation manager detailed Safety Hazard Analysis program14. Participate in Process Hazard Analysis Process15. Participate in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) for Process Safety Management (PSM) 16. training employees17. Complete safety assessments; noise assessments; ergonomic assessments18. Maintain Waste Tracking System by taking samples on floor19. Participate in the corrugate replacement initiative20. Assist with data collection in support of regulatory reporting; Community Right to Know; Toxic Release Inventory; Hazardous Waste; OSHA Voluntary Protection report - assist with self-assessmentExperience/Education:BS Degree in engineering discipline preferred with 2 to 3 years experience.
