More information is available at our web site, www.atk.com · Must define all Quality processes and show continual improvement in each. · Maintain Quality Management System; work with Leadership Team to be compliant with ISO 9001, future ISO 2000 and continuous certification. · Responsible for Quality Assurance of all ATK purchased parts, materials and deliverable hardware and software. · Accountable for the creation and maintenance of all Cost of Power Quality metrics. These metrics must be available and visual to decision makers. · Will manage all hardware on non-conformances and anomalies in a timely manner, establish policy, implement Reliability, Risk Assessment, FMECA for deliverable hardware and software. · Maintain and implement Corporate Continuous Improvement programs in all aspects of mission assurance such as training, hazard analysis, quality surveys, plant inspections and periodic review and assessments by outside experts and consultants. · Ensure complete contractual compliance in all inspection plans, while managing all unnecessary or redundant inspection activity. · Maintain metrics on personnel, Cost of Poor Quality and other ATK Space metrics. · In partnership with purchasing, assure all key suppliers are pursuing their own Lean initiatives to ensure total customer satisfaction Qualifications: · Degree from a undergraduate four year college or university with an emphasis in Engineering, Chemistry or Physics. · Minimum of 10 years experience in a role with progressive responsibility with safety and mission assurance work. · 5 or more years of experience in a supervisory role with responsibilities including budgeting and performance management experience. · Ability to communicate with all levels of management · Previous experience with budgeting and performance management desired.
