Energetic Receptionist call (303)721-8400Description: We have a need for an outgoing and energetic receptionist to run the front office. We are looking for the best and brightest to fill this role. A college degree is required! Duties include, but are not limited to: Checking main voice mailbox and routing messages to appropriate recipients. Answering phones (this is your number one priority). The front desk is to be kept clean; organized and neat at all times; distributing mail, faxes, packages and special deliveries. This is to be done in a very timely manner. Ordering, maintaining and organizing office, copy machine should be loaded with paper. Greeting guests; Managing equipment including maintaining manuals and coordinating service calls (copier, fax, postage and printers). Requirements: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience is a plus! No experts needed but being able to type a letter, enter data on Excel and work on Outlook would be great! Personality is key - must be articulate and outgoing with a positive and helpful attitude. Professional and sharp appearance. Salary is $25K annually to start with potential for a raise .
