ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER - NEW YORK, NY

Reputable Engineering firm is seeking atalented, degreed Electrical Design Engineer to join their growing team.

Responsibilities include:

-Complete design of ELECTRICAL systemsincluding field surveys, load calculations, design concepts, design criteria,selecting equipment, equipment and distribution layouts, editingspecifications, assembly of construction documents, reviewing shop drawings,attending construction meetings and punch listing.

-Project Management—Meeting with clients,writing proposals, managing finances, trade and deadline coordination. Strongorganizational skills, superior verbal and written communication skills, stronganalytical and problem solving skills and experience in meeting facilitationare highly desired. Must be adaptive, flexible, and ability to work under tightschedules to meet necessary deadlines.

-Development of ELECTRICAL design and AutoCAD standards

-Development of ELECTRICAL specifications

-Management and training of new ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING employees

-Successfulcandidate will have 7-to-10 years of experience and a Bachelors Degree inElectrical Engineering.
