The positions will be located in Claremore, Oklahoma at the Pump Plant. This position may be filled as a level II through IV. The final level will be determined based on the qualifications and skill of the identified candidate. This position is only open to those candidates who are eligible to live and work in the US without sponsorship. Some relocation assistance may be provided for this position. Responsibilities:Lead and/or assist with critical customer equipment dismantles and reporting. Provide failure analysis and/or failure analysis support for critical customer systems. Coordinate and act as a liaison between regional operations and headquarters manufacturing and engineering groups for critical customer issues regarding failure analysis, component analysis, corrective action and follow-up. Provide failure analysis support, run life support, and reliability engineering support for CVP program. Selects engineering techniques to solve problems and makes sound design recommendations. Handles special projects, as assigned. Skill Requirements:Understanding of regional manufacturing operations or headquarters manufacturing operation or engineering. Good technical skills. Excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to build peer relationships as well as work independently. Advanced problem solving and project management skills. Good organizing, planning, and presentation skills. Must be action oriented, ethical in value, and customer focused with a drive for results.  Ability to mange time, make quality decisions, and manage and measure work.Education/Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 6 years minimumElectrical submersible pump (ESP) experience. Master's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering a plus. Field service experience or prior reliability engineering experience are also desirable. Fifteen (15) to twenty (20) years ESP experience preferred.see job descriptionBenefits:Excellent benefits that begin first day of hire.
