ENERGY AUDITOR
As the leading independent energy services provider in North America, AMERESCO holds a key opportunity based in Framingham, MA for an Energy Auditor to assist Project Development and Project Management Teams developing energy efficiency and conservation projects for industrial, commercial, and institutional customers.
responsibilities:
·Conduct comprehensive energy and water audits in primarily public housing facilities, and to some extent, commercial/institutional facilities
· Conduct energy- and water-based consumption measurements, such as plumbing fixture flow rates, blower door tests, and the like
· Conduct field data collection involving project site electrical and mechanical systems, including inventory, data input, and preparation of audit summary reports.
· Assist project development team in preparing comprehensive proposals to deliver energy cost savings.
· Data take-offs from building plans
· Foster effective and positive business relationships with all parties throughout project phases.
· Prepare and maintain all forms of project presentations, documentation, and related material.
· Perform other duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum 2 years experience in engineering, technical or energy related work environment.
· Technical degree in HVAC, electrical or mechanical systems preferred.
· MS Office proficiency, including advanced Excel spreadsheet skills.
· Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
· Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and business relationships.
· Valid Drivers’ License issued by state of residence and in good standing.
· U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.
· May be required to pass security clearance investigation.
· Ability to travel required.
