They are manufacturers and suppliers; the laboratory provides unbiased evaluations of equipment performance and true third-party testing, certification and inspection services. Their test reports and type test certificates are recognized and accepted by manufacturers, utilities and end users of electrical power equipment worldwide. Our Client is committed to providing superior High-Voltage and High-Power testing services. Their High-Voltage and High-Power Laboratories maintain state-of-the-art testing equipment and instrumentation. All laboratories are designed and equipped to test in accordance with the latest international standards. The laboratories are certified according to ISO / IEC 17025. RESPONSIBILITIES § Prepare and conduct test sequences to meet customer and/or industry standards requirements for electrical/mechanical equipment, analyze data and provide comprehensive reporting on test results.§ Prepare red folders including test circuits and procedural sequences to meet test requirements using industry standards or client’s test plan as necessary.§ Identify all equipment requirements to conduct each test and coordinate scheduling to ensure the availability of this equipment.§ Monitor test preparation and execution to ensure safety of the personnel and equipment utilized in conducting each test.§ Analyze test results, prepare a comprehensive written report, and/or review test results with customer representative if required.§ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable ANSI, IEEE, IEC, UL and other standards.§ Assist in the design, construction and installation of equipment as required to improve test operations.§ Perform other duties assigned by Manager, Test Operations. REQUIREMENTS§ BS degree in electrical mechanical or electronics engineering, § 2 years of electrical power test engineering experience in a laboratory environment- High Voltage preferred.
