Job Status: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Relevant Work Experience: 2+ to 5 Years Education: High School or equivalent Job Category: Engineering Contact Information Company: CORESTAFF Services Email: Apply by Email Job Description Drafter (CAD) CAD Technician/Designer Our client on the SW side of Houston provides services that include Public Works, Transportation and Land Development Engineering, Planning and Management. They are looking to grow their drafting department and need a CAD Technician/Designer to prepare final drawings and exhibits from engineering sketches, verbal instructions, specifications and supporting documentation according to latest industry and client standards; assist Engineers with collecting and analyzing field data and applying it to design drawings and exhibits; ensure accuracy of drawings and maintain production schedules; perform calculations and apply to detailed design drawings and exhibits; work with other CAD Technicians and Engineers and be part of a design team; demonstrate attention to detail and ability to communicate with team members.
