Job Title: Director of Engineering, Systems TestResponsibilities:This position is responsible for EABU's product testing. EABU engineering is responsible for the M- and MX-series platforms and JUNOS software. A successful candidate will direct different test teams (40+ engineers) in charge of qualifying the EABU hardware and software which includes new product qualification, sustaining activities, and regression. Other responsibilities include managing department budget and oversee planning and delivery of projects. JUNOS software is the network operating system which powers Juniper Network's high-performance network devices. The position also includes the responsibility of managing the JUNOS releases.Required skills:- Experience in managing software releases in their past or current career is required.- Experience in the networking industry is a plus.- Experience in managing large teams (50+ engineers, manager of managers or director) is required.- Strong verbal and written communication is required.- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, cross-functional, collaborating environment across multiple geographies.- A proven track record of leadership.- Strategic planning and problem solving skills are required.
