Required Skills:
1.  Experience with wireless communications systems, digital signal 
processing and/or communicaion theory
2.  FPGA firmware development development, VHDL code 
development, simulation, synthesis, timing closure and FPGA
verification
3.  Proficiency in all aspects of FPGA design
4.  In-depth familiarity with Xilinx FPGA (perticularly the Virtex family)
5.  In-depth knowledge of Synplicity, xilinx ISE and Modelsim

Job Description:

Candidate should have MS or BS in Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years experience.  A digital design engineer is needed to develop digital signal processor FPGA firmware for use in wireless communications systems.  Experience with wireless communications systems, digital signal processing, and/or communication theory is desired.  Experience with the FPGA firmware development process is required, including VHDL code development, simulation, synthesis, timing closure, and FPGA verification.  Should be proficient in all aspects of FPGA design, have an in-depth familiarity with Xilinx FPGAs (particularly the Virtex family) and also an in-depth knowledge of Synplicity, Xilinx ISE, and Modelsim.  Requires ability to communicate and work with teams and to troubleshoot designs operating within an integrated system
