Data Conversion Specialist

As a Data Conversion Specialist, you will:
- Anticipate and assess full-service clients' needs and objectives through planning and consultation.
- Review and evaluate plan documents to ensure compatibility of recordkeeping system requirements with existing client provisions and services.
- Develop implementation timelines, communicate project status and participate in ongoing plan administration.
- Oversee the establishment of plan details on Vanguard's recordkeeping system.
- Act as a liaison among plan sponsors, record keepers, trustees, payroll vendors, consultants and Vanguard to ensure client satisfaction.
- Recommend initiatives to improve existing workflows and to identify needed system enhancements.
- Exhibit leadership and proactively assist with issue resolution, mentoring, and training.

Position Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- At least 3 years of related business experience.
- Demonstrated project-management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Knowledge of basic ERISA regulations, requirements, and defined-contribution plans a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated self-direction and motivation.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proven client focus and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel to client locations throughout the United States and Puerto Rico at most 2 times a quarter.
