TUV Rheinland of North America,Inc. is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to help support our sales staff in our Corporate headquarters, located in Newtown, CT.  The following are the requirements we are seeking:

Job DutiesDirect interface with transactional clients Expected to develop into full - time sales position within 6-12 months Work with Operations and engineering teams to understand and support client requirements Communicate engineering requirements to clients Handle order fullfillment requirements Organize client projects,insure all requirements are being addressed by engineering teams Work with accounting and client on all accounts receivable issues Proactivley manage client expectations for service Understand clients relationship with TRNA and hand off all sales related issues to appropriate Regional Sales Manager, Director of Sales and Regional Manager to maximize client relations Perform other related duties and assignments as required by management

RequirementsBachelors Degree or equivalent experience Specific experience in order fullfillment Specific experience organizing and maintaining multiple tasks involving various organizations Specific experience with P&L reports Possesses excellent verbal, written, organizational and computer skills
