Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description

Position handles the administrative functions within a laboratory environment.  Some of the job duties that the candidate filling this position will be responsible for include:Communicate with customers to coordinate scheduled service on their equipmentCall customers to inform them of issues and confirm shipping information/datesHandle customer issues/complaints - escalate issues to manager when necessary Communicate with vendors to schdule service on equipmentComplete paperwork timely and accurately"Receive" items in using computer - enter detailed information regarding equipment into computer system Unpack shipments and deliver to lab personnel Update status of items in computer Prepare packages for shipment through UPS computer system Act as back up shipper/receiver, as needed

Job Requirements: Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environmentAttention to detailHigh School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years Customer Service experience preferred Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel Experience with online shipping software (UPS and/or FEDEX) preferred Driver's License and clean driving record
