Services Description:
Project team is evaluating options to relocate a refinery crude oil berth into a planned slip, constructed early, to accommodate refinery crude oil growth, while preserving viability for future construction of the regasification terminal.
The evaluation work includes:Updating cost analyses for a specific case of construction and outfitting of the full slip, of the crude oil berth, LNG berth and service vessel dock, and developing costs for additional scenarios. Schedule analysis and timeline for slip construction and for berth construction for each case. Estimated impact on schedule due to application and approval of permit modifications.
All work support will be coordinated through Operations Manager.
