Logos Technologies Inc. (Logos) is soliciting candidates for the position of Contract Manager at its corporate headquarters in Arlington, Virginia.

 

The Contract Manager will have a high level of responsibility in conducting business operations in a 120-person, $25M/year (and growing) corporation.  The individual will handle cradle-to-grave management (from bid selection to proposal, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout phases) of prime and sub- contracts.  The Contract Manager will execute nondisclosure and teaming agreements, and support intellectual property decisions and contract dispute resolution.  This position reports directly to the company’s Chief Financial Officer.

 

Required skills include: expert knowledge of FP, T&M, and CPAF/CPFF type contracts and GSA and IDIQ contracting processes, familiarity with the FAR and DFARS, and proficiency with Microsoft Office software (particularly Excel).  The Contract Manager will possess the ability to work independently or with a team, while maintaining the confidence to make leadership decisions.

 

Competitive candidates will have approximately ten years of federal contracting experience, a bachelors degree, and academic/industry certification in contract management.  Logos will consider tradeoffs among experience, education, certification, and other relevant qualifications.  Security clearances are preferred but not necessary.  Minimal travel may be required.
