Continuous Improvement Manager

Reporting to the Operations Manager with dotted line reporting to the Regional Continuous Improvement Manager, this position will be responsible for identifying, leading and implementing Lean and Six Sigma product/process improvement projects to remove waste, improve quality, reduce cost, drive operational excellence initiatives, and financial improvements while working with, mentoring and developing Six Sigma Champions and Green Belts. Candidate will provide a single point of contact for projects and manage projects from original concept through final implementation. The ideal candidate will have solid expert level experience and knowledge of 6 Sigma and Lean Manufacturing concepts with printing industry experience.
