Continuous Improvement Leader
Will manage the Lean and Six Sigma Programs of the Hagerstown Plant with an emphasis on safety, cost effectiveness and continuous process improvement.Qualified candidate will have a minimum of (5) years of work experience (post-college) should be required which is relevant to the manufacturing environment with (2) managing manufacturing Kaizen Programs. Knowledge of project management skills, computer literacy including use of spreadsheets a must. Prior Six Sigma Black Belt certification desired.
