Minimum of 5 years planning experience requiredUS citizenship requiredDOE experience preferred Job Description : Develop work packages for construction activitiesMonitors projects to ensure adequate manpower and material resources are available to perform the assigned work activities.Reviews construction personnel training and qualifications per health and safety plans as per assigned special project activity.Resolve work task issues and effectively interfaces with the Managers, Security, Project leads, Field Team leads, planners, engineers, supervisors, operations, quality, training, environmental, schedulers and safety and health.Strong computer skills.Write detailed work control procedures for complex jobs with complete understanding of principles, concepts, requirements and craft practices. Responsible for coordination with engineering, various subject matter experts, facility management and area crafts to plan, order materials, and execute corrective and preventative work in a safe and expedient manner.Responsible for the resolution of issues arising from questions/problems encountered during the planning, review and work processes. : : EOE M/F/D/V
