Construction Building Automated Systems Specialist

Currently we are seeking a Construction Building Automated Systems Speicalist to work in our ISS Division.
The position functions as a Construction Automated Systems Specialist OBO/PE/CC with professional expertise, advice and guidance relating specifically to construction automated systems issues with enthuses on HVAC systems. This includes all aspects of automated systems to assure compliance with governing OBO construction requirements. As Construction Automated Systems Specialist the incumbent is responsible for assuring compliance with U.S. Department of State and local host country construction safety and health rules and regulations to be implemented on all OBO new construction and major renovation projects throughout the world.
The mission of the Construction and Commissioning Division OBO/PE/CC is to manage approximately 150 large, medium and small construction projects underway at any one time in a foreign overseas environment. The construction projects consist of new embassy compounds, new consulates, U.S. Marine Security Guard Quarters (MSGQ), and numerous support facilities.
Follow-on assignments to DoS offices worldwide as required.
Desired Skills:20 or more years of similar experience.
Mechanical Engineering degree.
Experience working overseas construction.
Experience working embassy projects.OSHA Training.
